Infinite health and crates. All 18 levels, areas, select Stage and Secret Stages, unlocked and open. Always have all 50 Golden Globe Cluster Tokens collected on level and all the 4 Gizmos, open cheat codes.
Note 1: Congratulations! New Gizmo Awarded! Now try again, this time with the Flippers, Jetpack, Roller Skates and Key available. You can now reach and play all the mini-games.
Note 2: Highlight any of the three game files, on the "Select Game" menu, and hold L + R + A, to see the "Access All Areas". You'll now be taken to an Aztec-like hub, from where you can choose to play any of the 18 levels. Pause game: "Quit and Save", to have a save file named "Stage 9 - 1". This code works best if you already have a save on the file of your choice, on the Select Game, menu.
Note 3: The 50 Golden Globe Cluster Tokens, collected, saves, can be saved, onto the Game Pak.
