Blast Corps Xplorer codes

Post by bladeoner » Saturday, 23 Jun 2007, 14:37

Hi,

I tried the Blast Corps Xplorer codes, but they doesn't seem to work.
Is there a (M) Must Be On, code needed to make them work or something?
I have to mention i'm using the latest N64 Xplorer v1.067E.
If hope anyone knows a solution for this.

P.S. Kai in the top note of the Blast Corps codes you said there are more codes for this game??
There is 'still' no game that beats Mario Kart 64 and Goldeneye 64.

No, this game does not require any kind of (M) Must Be On, code.

My codes for Blast Corps are (As written) for version 1.0

Perhaps your copy of the game is version 1.1

Is there any way to check which version of the game i got?

Or a solution to make it work, in the top note you wrote that you were busy finding some new codes.

No, there's no way in which you can see what version a game is.
The only way is the hard way. Simply by enabling a single code and see if it works, first then you'll know.

Regarding the other codes I was working on, I can't find them among the huge piles of code papers I have. I think that I got tired of the all paths unlocked codes, mainly because I diden't (And still don't) fancy Blast Corps that much, besides they would most certainly erase all your saves already stored in the Game Pak, unless you have a N64 Controller Pak / Memory Card, inserted in your N64 Controller. But maybe I will give it another try, soon.... Who knows?

Thanks, but no thanks. I never use these encrypted codes.

Or "encrippled" codes, as I prefer to call them.
Codes like that were invented a day, where Satan was in a particular bad moode.

I'm sure they do. I just dislikes encrypted codes, and I simply refuse to use and to post them.

you know just because a code is encrypted, it doesnt mean a thing, its the way the Xplorer64 is programmed.

E.g.

the Xplorer 64 could take:
801354DC 051F

and convert it to this
E893DEC6 59BB

It's basically a jumbler to prevent people from steeling RAW codes.

theres no problem with these codes, if the kid tries them and they work, well hes got what he uses this forum for :P

I'm sure you're absolutely right. I just don't like any kind of encrypted (encrippled) codes.

Besides this, your code example is wrong: 801354DC 051F
An 8-bit code can only have a max of 00FF Hex = 255 Decimal.
051F = 1311 Decimal = Not valid

OK then

But even it was a (bad) exemple, the code is still supposed to be code-wise correct.
